We are a public defense firm which contracts with the State of Oregon’s Office of Public Defense Services to represent clients across Eastern Oregon. A court can appoint us to represent either the children, or one of the parents in a dependency case. Dependency cases can be complex and difficult matters. We will help you understand the system and the choices available to you every step of the way.
